FILM SERIES

The RKO Distribution Film Series will bring passionate independent motion pictures to a large and under-served audience across the country
(in 16 major markets). The films are chosen for their ability to convey the filmmaker's eclectic perspective with powerful storytelling, imagery and characters. Movie genres will be broad, consisting of drama, comedy, smart thriller and documentary when appropriate. Audiences will be sophisticated, educated and affluent.

Six films will be screened each series for a total of twelve films per year.
The Film Series will screen exclu- sively in AMC Theatres, RKO's theatrical partner. After the theatrical release all films will be offered as video-on- demand and subsequently released and distributed on DVD. Sponsors will be associated with the films from theatrical through DVD release. DVD packaging will be unique with a clear identity for RKO and sponsors. RKO Distribution offers a unique and fully integrated multimedia sponsorship opportunity that utilizes In-theater, television, radio, newspaper and online advertising as well as a public relations campaign to brand the films and sponsors, laser targeting our demo- graphic profile throughout the pre-promotion and series launch.

The sponsorship is delivered in two segments:
Exclusive RKO Distribution Film Series (12 films total) and Red Carpet Premieres (2 events): The promotion and advertising campaign has been designed as an exclusive opportunity for the sponsors to receive tremendous exposure through in-theatre on screen promotion as well as newspaper, television and radio campaigns. We will offer privileged access and a pre-purchase opportunity to reserve advance copies of all films when released on DVD.
